"This piece was definitely inspired by my Penny, my doggie! The winters are really brutal in New York, and I for sure get seasonal depression. I'm actually an asshole in the winter. Don't talk to me in the winter. I definitely can't go on dates in the winter, because it’s…I'm not that nice. But Penny brings color and makes me laugh and smile, and I think the years really changed for me once I got Penny. And yeah, it's just a dreary concrete city, but Penny walking and lighting up the town. And no, that's not pee ok? Some people think it's pee, but it's not. That's the joy in light. Ok?
